Session 2 Speaker Bios & Information
Inell Billups is a Developmental Specialist for Childcare Enhancement with a Purpose (CCEP) with United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile (Montgomery Office). Child Care Enhancement with a Purpose is funded by Alabama DHR and CCEP offers free inclusion training to childcare providers statewide. CCEP utilizes experienced early childhood professionals to share simple, practical ways to work with and include children with special needs in childcare centers and family/group childcare homes.
Before working with CCEP she received her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development at Southern New Hampshire University and worked as an early childhood educator for seventeen years. She is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent development. After a successful career as an early childhood educator, Inell decided to go further and help parents with children who have special needs. She is the owner of Parents Advocating Love and Support Consultants LLC, where she works in her community to help those parents who have children with special needs, behaviors, and challenges.When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three wonderful and energetic boys. She loves going to church, learning and seeing new places and her favorite pass time is reading on the beach.

Sherry Speake is the Project Coordinator for Childcare Enhancement with a Purpose of United Cerebral Palsy of mobile (Montgomery office). The Montgomery office covers the counties of Autauga, Elmore, Dallas, Montgomery, and Perry.
She is a proud graduate of Auburn University. Sherry has been married for 21 years, has a senior in high school, a stepdaughter and son in law, and is a grandparent to two foster grandchildren. She has enjoyed being a Girl Scout and band mom throughout the past several years.
